Your chilean adventure begins on your arrival at the airport where you will be welcomed by your hosts, ready to escort you to your accommodation.

Our carefully planned itinerary includes visits to major cities, where you will see part of Chile´s ancient heritage, viewing its architecture, both centuries old and modern.

On alternate days you will have the opportunity to relax and participate in the easy-going, joyful and simple way of life in the numerous and picturesque fishing villages along Chile´s pacific coastline.

As proud chileans, our goal is to reveal to our tour guests all aspects of our diverse and fascinating country;

From its awe-inspiring boundary of mountains, the andes, to its scenic natural coastline;

From its stimulating cities to the simplicity of its uncomplicated style of life along its vast shoreline villages;

From its haute cuisine and fine wines, to its basic authentic and typical chilean food

Quillota has a strong agricultural heritage based on the River Aconcagua which flows through the city providing the ideal conditions to support many subtropical species and high quality produce.It is an important tourist area situated in the centre the QuillotaValley and only 50 kilometres from the principal port, Valparaíso, and only 100 kilometres from the capital city, Santiago.The city has a heritage rich in both folk and religious traditions.

Surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes, the cityis ideally placed to take advantage of all the attractions the Quillota Valley has to offer.

Some of the places we will visit will include:

The world famous Army Riding School; The forest of unique chilean Palms; Churches; Museums; Plantations of special fruit and flowers; The University of Agriculture; Local workshops specialising in indigenous arts and crafts and many more places of interest.

 

   
 
 

The city is also known as the Garden City and is considered as one of the most popular tourist spots in chile and indeed in the whole of South America.

It is a beautiful coastal city and is enjoyed by visitors throughout the entire year.

Viña del Mar is not only a place of commercial importance; a beautiful resort with many lovely Hotels and beaches, italso has a strong national and cultural heritage.

 
 

Some of the places we may visit will be:

Museum of Archaeology and Natural History; a visit to see the native Flora and Fauna which is indigenous to Easter Island; palaces where some of the most famous national an international art works are on display; beautiful gardens with unique species of plants and flowers, beaches and even a Casino.

The commercial centre and other parts of the centre of the city can be explored by using the unusual transport (“Paseo in Victoria”) which is Horse and Carriage.

In Viña del Mar we will also enjoy a “gala night” in one of the very special restaurants.
   
 
 

This is another well visited tourist area where there is a very strong national and folkl tradition for example, one can sample the local dishes and experience the excitement of the rodeo which is available all year.

Olmué is a protected World Heritage Site.

The forests and native flora and fauna are outstanding on the Campana Hill which was the place where the English Naturalist, Charles Darwin (1883) gained much of his Inspiration during his visit to chile.Indeed there is a walkway named after Darwin.

The climate in this region is considered one of the best in the world, in fact very much like California.

The CampanaNational Park

If desired there are areas where there is organized horse trecking available there are traditional games to enjoy, special “creole” fiestas and the opportunity to follow the Charles Darwin route.

 
   
 
 

The great Santiago is the economic and financial centre of the country and one of the most important Capital cities of South América

The city`s infrastructure and growth has achieved a subtle blend of the traditional with the classical, alongside this the social and cultural development has made Santiago a great metropolis

Some of the places we will have the opportunity to visit:

GovernmentPalace (“La Moneda”) – the English equivalent of “The Mint” (This was bombed during the Military Coup in 1973)

There are many Museums and Churches, main squares, the Central Market with many typical restaurants and coffee shops principal Avenues with busy shopping centres, any short journeys can be taken in the clean and safe underground to the manyand varied areas of this grand and interesting city

The cable car journey also offers wonderful panoramic views of the whole city with its many great and historic buildings, monuments, commercial centre and other surrounding areas.

 
   
 
 

This peaceful city is almost an obligatory stop for coaches travelling from the North of chile to the South and vice versa

It has become famous for its very delicious “pastries” unique to this area and sold by the main highway by local people in impeccable white clothing.

Also typical to La Ligua are some specially hand made regional costumes all very varied and colourful e.g. Ponchos.

A very good climate makes it an ideal place to enjoythe countryside and its sporting activities.

Places to see:

Local Arts and Craft workshops including its famous weaving tradition where articles can be purchased and of course a must – to sample the delicious pastries made in La Ligua; a visit to the cold springs, museums and tasting typical local dishes all this and more can be experienced in this lovely area

 
   
 
 

(Known as the Jewel of the Pacific)

This is the principal port in chile and is considered a World Heritage Site.

It is very clear to see why this is such an important stop for both local and foreign tourists
Who discover why Valparaíso throughout its history has captivated the minds and hearts of mariners, poets and people from all walks of life and have made it today a city of great social and multicultural importance.

The surrounding hills, heights, walks, architecture and of course its people combine to make

Valparaíso a magical place and without any doubt incomparable.

To name a few of the many places to visit in Valparaíso:

The NationalMuseum (showing pictures National, European, Maritime and Natural History) Walks and wonderful vistas of the hills of Valparaíso, Boat trips around the bay with many picturesque coves, a cable car experience where you can gain a great view of the city as a whole.

In Valparaíso we can enjoy a Gala evening in a restaurant with the most spectacular views imaginable!

 
   
 
 

The valley of Casablanca apart from being a place ofexceptional beauty, is principallyan area of outstanding wine production.

Nowadays, because of the excellent quality of the wine produced, it is both a popular and sought after region, visited by wine sellers not only from Spain but many other countries, keen to trade and bringing prosperity to the region.

During our trip to Casablanca we will visit some of the Bodegas (wine cellars) and sample some of their excellent wines which compliment perfectly the local, traditional cuisine

 
   
 
 

This city takes its name from the adjacent range of mountains and the beautiful views from this allow one to appreciate the fantastic central valley.

It is also popular for its pilgrimages to the sanctuary of Santa Teresa de Los Andes .

The Andes are the principal frontier between chile and Argentina and this location is well known for lovers of ski-in.

Some of the places we may visit:

The Convent of the Carmelite Order; Museums, Gabriela Mistral´s House (Nobel Prize Winner for Literature and Poetry); History and ArchaeologicalMuseum of Los Andes; The Sanctuary of Santa Theresa de Los Andes (this place where many people make pilgrimages to pray for miracles to St. Theresa); Horse riding and fishing can be enjoyed in the nearby mountains.
