1.- If any clients have special dietary needs, allergies, chronic illness, temporary illness or anything else that may affect them during meals or activities, they must notify the tour operator before commencing the tour.
2.- The price of the tour includes all that is offered as regards daily meals, transportation, lodgings (museum fees not included).
3.- Everytime the word extra appears, the client must appreciate that a minimum charge, usually at cost, will apply to the service or consumable. the extra is any service or consumable that is not included in the tour or its itinary.
4.- Travel and medical insurance is the responsibility of the client and must be taken out for the duration of the tour.
5.- Age limit: we highly recommend this tour for adults as the activities include much travelling.
6.- Our company is commited to fulfill everything that is offered in the terms and conditions.
7.- The client must undertake to fullfill all obligations expressed in this terms and conditions.
8.- The company is free of all responsibility when the client does not fulfill obligations previously detailed in this terms and conditions.
9.- Our company becomes responsable for the client from the moment in he/she is picked up at santiago chile airport by the host, until the tour finishes and the client is checked in for his/her homeward flight.
10.- The company will not be held liable for problems resulting from activities organised by a client which are outside the scope of the package offered.
11.- Please note:if you have any complaints or issues arising during your stay with us in chile, please inform us inmediately so that hopefully these can be resolved at that time.
12.- The company cannot be held reponsable for any changes due to force majeure.(bad weather, fire, etc.) |
